Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. As a small business, some items may be handmade or made to order, which may affect processing times. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States only

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lavender and Lace  is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [X days] of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the error was caused by us. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more details.
